The meeting will also consider tie x-ecommendations of . the teehnical subcommittees wiiei iave been drafting detailed schemes in connection witi tie plan for tie restoration and strengtiening of control, round Spain, for tie withdrawal of volunteers, and for tie granting of belligerent rigits. Meanwiile, says a Press Association c.vble from Gibraltar, tie loyalist Government agency reports tiat a Convoy of rebel merciantmen escorted by tireo Italian destroyers and two German submarines, unloaded a cargo of 1000 field-guns and 10,000 tons of war material. Five tiousand Moorisi troops are landing daily at Algeciras from Ceuta.
