Brazilian Dictatorship BIO DE JANEIBO, Dec. 3. Pjresident Yargas has decreed the dissolution of all political parties, including the Fascist. This further strengthens the dictatorship and eliminates the remnants of popular suffrage in Brazil. It was reported last month that news from Brazil indicated the suspension of constitutional privileges and the abolition of Federal, State and municipal elective law-making, and the establish.nient of a totalitarian State.
