JAPANESE ARRESTED
Allegedly Photographed U.S. Air Manoeuvres (Eeceived 6, 8.45 a.m.) MIAMI, Dec. 4. A Japanese spectator at the air manoeuvres was detained by army officers, who confiscated a camera which tho Japanese was using.. The officers are developing the films before determining whether to take actioa against the prisoner. A later mesisage states that the Japanese was released after being questioned by G-men. His identity is conCealed.
