LEMON AND GOOSEBLRRY JAM. Ingredients: 31bs. green gooseberri.es, 2 large or 3 small lemons, .6 Ids. ">ugar, 2 cups boiling water. Method; Cut the lemons finely and add the prepared gooseberries. also the boiling water and let them stand for 24 hours. Then add 3 cups of cold water, and boil. for one hour, add the sugar, bring to the boil and boil well for two minutes. (Mrs Dyer's receipe).
