Annual Meeting in Napier The annual general meeting of the New Zealand Eegistered Nurses' A'sso' ciation -was held in the lounge at the Nurses' Home, Napier Hospital, on Friday afternoon. The president. Migs L. M. Croft, presided over a large attendanpe of members and student nurses. In her presidential address, Miss Croft summed up the work of the branch for the year, and gave a most interesting aeeQu'nt of tkq recent annual conference in Wellington, The followrng officers were elected:— President, Migs L. M. Croft (reelected); vice-presidents: Napier( Migs M. Archer-Wells (re-eleeted), Hastings, Mrs G- Nelson; eouneil members, Miss L. M. Croft, Miss M. Areher-Wells, Mrs G. Nolgbn, Misses M. Stothart, E. Crichton, E. Pallofc, J. C, Thomsoji II, Q, SmaHbone, M. Dey, G. ,C. Bqrkej M. Cardiner, M. Galbraith and Mvs A, Wood; hon, medical mcuibers, Dr. G. Waterworth and Dr. R, Cashmore; hon. treasurer, Miss M. Dey; hon. seeretnry, Miss H, G, Smallbone (re-elected pro tem), A delicious afternoon tea was servod by members of the hospital staff and members enjoyed an informal chat.
