Heretaunga Cjub's Weekly Carnival . RESULTS OF EVENTS Ideal conditions prevailed last evening for the weekly club-night carnival of the Heretaunga Swimming and LifeSaving Club at the Maddison Baths and there was a big attendance of enthusiasts, as well as a wealth of competitors for the various events. A full programme was provided and afforded first-rate entertainment for, apart from the excellence of the heats, the finals* were keerdy contested. Junior, boys' 25 yards handicap. — First heat; P. Mclvor 1, Drummond 2, Cowley 3; time, 18 2-5sec. Second heat: Mason 1, B. Parker 2, Hume 3; time, 16 l-5sec. Third heat; Hawkins i, W. Parker 2, Shaw 3; time, 18 2-5 sec.
