MELBOURNE: The transport truek ®driver, Gordon King, who was feared to have disappeared while on the way to Melbourne, arrived home and was surprised to hear he had been posted missing. He uaid the delay in his arrival was due to a shortage of petrol and engine trouble; also to the fact , that the garages were closed overnight.
