WELLINGTON, Last Night. Agreement on the clauses relating to working hours was reached in the Conciliation Council on the New Zealand timber workers' dispute, but overtime, holidays and wages have yet to be discussed. There is to be a 40-hour five-day week except where otherwise specified.
