REMINDERS
Members of the Hastings Carpenters' and Joiners' Union are aslced to attend a meeting of unionists to-night at 8 o'elock, in tlie Favourite Hall, Warren Street. On Thursday next, December 9, the Hastings High School will once more be the scene of festivity in Ihe form; of the annual Parents' and Old Pupils' Day. A wide range of students' work will be on displ&y, and witli a criekek match between school and old boys, tennis, and other attractions, * this should afford an exeellent opportunity for iiarents, old pupils, and friends to see the latest developments at the school. The function will conclude with a dance in the Barrie Studio to which all old pupils and friends are coi'dxatly mvited,
