WAIPAWA, This Day. A meeting of the Waipawa Countj Racing Club was held in the secretary 's office last evening, Mr W. A. Tod being in the chair. The atatements of accounts in con nection with the recent meeting held on the Hastings course, ehowing'a satisfactory profit, was adopted, and 8 grant was made to Mr Wishart, secro "tary of the Hawke 's Bay Jockey Club, for running the meeting. Various ae* counts were passed for payment. After some discussion in regard to the future of the club, it was decided to hold. a general meeting, which will be open to all interested in the club '• welfare.
