Rumanian AHiance with Berlin-Rome Axis fatherland leader's promise (Eeceived 1, 11.30 a-m.) LONDON, Nov. 30. The Times Bucharest correspondent says that Codreanu, . leader of the Fatherland Party, formerly the Fascist Iron Guards, issued a manifesto in favour of an alliance with the EomeBerlin axis against Bolshevism. The manifesto is hostile to Western democracies, the League of Nations find the Balkan and Little Ententes. It promises most violent opposition to M. Titulescu, and says: "Forty-eight hours after our victory Eumania will be allied to the Bome-Berlin axis."
