(Eeceived 1, 11.30 a»m.) SBANGHAI, ,Nov. 30. The Japanese announce the 'capture of Kwangteh. Japanese naval officers seized an American tug at the Kinleeyun wharf, in the French Concession, tore down and threw overboard the Stars and Stripes and removed from the bridge a plate indicating the ownership, The United States Consul is reported to have emphatically protested and reported the incident to Washington. s Other Japanese seized two tugs carrying the Italian flag, The Italian Consul-General strongly protested to the Japanese Consul-General against the eeizing of the tugs, the hauling down of the Italian flag and the hoisting of the Eising Sun.
