MISSION TO PORTUGAL
~ — - Britain Aims at Establishing Military Contacts (Received 30, 12.30 p.m.) EUGBY, Nov. 20. Britain has decided to despatch a British military mission to Portugal in February. The mission aims at establishing personal contacts with the appropriate authorities in Portugal on matters of common interest, and will examine the most suitablo means by which they may be maintained. Britain conteniplates the appointment of a naval officer of th© rank of rearadmiral as head of the mission, who would be accompanied by two officers of the Army and Eoyal Air Force of the rank of colonel and group-captaili l-espectively.
