Fnll List of Cagoulard Plotters Known POLICE ANN0UNCEMENT (Received 30, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 29. The Paris correspondeiit of the Daily Telegraph says the police announcethat as the result of a week's work they have deciphered the Cagoulard's seoret code, giving a complete list or their leaders and members. Sixty houses at Dieppe were searched during the week-end. N.o discoveries were made, but further arms were lound in Normandy and at Le Havre. Twenty-seven persons have been arrested, including Pierre Longuonne, editor-in-chief of the Duc de Guise'fi nodical, "Le Courrier Royaie."
