Dr. Coutts Leaving Waipukurau

TAKAPAU, Last Night. Dr. J. M. Coutts and Mrs. Coutts, who are leaving Takapau this week to reside in Martinborough, were entertained over the week-end at a very enjoyable afternoon held at "Brookwood," the residence of Mr. and Mrs. N. M. Paulsen. A very pleasant tirne was spent in outdoor games and competitions by the - thirty odd guests present. After the serving of afternoon tea, Mr. Paulsen, in happy terms, proposed tho toast of Dr. and Mrs. Coutts, and "wished them all prosperity and happiness in their new sphere of labour. With Mrs. H. C. Tennen at the piano the toast was accorded musical honours. Dr. Coutts, responding, referred to the happy time Mrs. Coutts and liimself had spent in Takapau, and lioped tliey. would have future opportunities for the renewing and refreshing the friendships they had formed in the district.
