Military Victory Only End to Spanish War FRANCO'S DECLARATION LONDON, Nov. 27. The Daily Mail'o Burgos correspondent says General Franco stated the war will end with a military triumph, not by mediation or compromise. He added: "I will always refuse to con•sider any Red Government demand for an armistice. Unconditional surreniler is the only end acceptable to Nationalist Spain.77 The Times Barcelona correspondent says the Nationalist Government has agreed to reply to the Non-interventiou Committee, but there is no announcement of the terms. Meanwhile it is closely watching the results of Lord Halifax7s talks, as it is suspected that "further interests of the Spanish democracy may be sacrificed in an endeavour to satisfy the voracity of the dictator.s.77 General Franco announced, on the ground that the eampaign demands a complete coastal blockade, that the neutral zones at Valencia and Barcelona will be suppressed and ships anchoring at those places will be attacked henceforward. A Gibraltar me'ssage. reports thatc large Franco forces continue to arrive in the La Linea district, it is believed in preparation for an effort to capture Aljneria.
