WANGANUI, This Day. Thomas William Sheahon, a motor mcchanic, Was fined £25 for being iutoxicated in chaTge of a motor car by Mr. 3. H. Salmon, S.M., A pedestrian had been struck and ixyured by defendant7s car bufc not seriously. The Magistrate said that this was a case of whether or not he should impose imprisonment, but on account of accused7s previously good character, he refrained from doing so.
