ARREST MADE
Victorian Truck Mystery (Eeceived 2, 8.45 a.m.) MELBOUENE, Nov. 28. A development in the wool-truck mui'der mystery occurred on Saturday when the police, acting on privat^ information, arrested Matthew Fraucis O'Keefe, aged 37, a slaughtermau, of South Melbourne, on a charge of murdering John Dempsey, wlioso body was found in a sack at West Kinglake with the abandoned truck nearby.
