WELLINGTON, Last Ntgnt. . In conjunction with New Zealand's centennial celebrations in 1940, an International Scout jambore'e will be helcl at Wellington if a satisfactory site is available. ... This decision was made to-day at the annual meeting of the Dominion Council of the Boy Scouts' Asnociation of New Zealand.. A suitable site may be found at the back of Trentham racecourse, consisting of 75 acres of open parkland served by excellent facilities. An application .for the use of the property .will be bel fore the Wellington Racing Club soon and a deputation is to wait on the Prime Minister to ask the assistance of the Finance," Health, Railways.
