Even Samoa Has Not Been Neglected (Received 27, li.50 u..v.) LONDON, Nov. 26. The Daily Herald 's leader page today was almost filled with a series of exclusive photographs of Germany's elaborate Colonial School at Witzenhausen, at which young Germans ultimately going abfoad are trained to have knowledge of the features and lieeds of the former German colonies, notably Soutk-West Africa. One picture of a native liut adorned with totems and mats suggests that Samoa has not beeu neglected. The Herald comments: "Herr Hitler did not show such pictures to Lord Halifax."
