France continues to be on tiptoe with excitement pending fuJl disoiosures, which are expected to be even moi'e sensational. M. Moitessier, chief of • the Surete, says, that. the name Cagoiirlard was dropped and changed to Csar or Comite Hecret ti' Action Ilevolutionare. - The police declaro that they have discovered a link between certain arrested persons and a perxodical conducted *by the Duc de Guise, pretender to" the French throne. The police are continuing their hunt for people connected with the Cagoulard. O.thers who have been arrested include an Air Force pilot and & former captain of' the Navy.
