Minister Holding Two Portfolios CANBEEEA, Nov. 26. Having broken all records as a leader of the Commonweaith Government and filled more portfolios than any other man, the Australian Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, colloquially known as "Honest .Toe," reevaled yesterday that in his temporary role as Minister of Defence^ he wrote a letter to himself as Prime Minister wherein he made certain recommendations, threatening serious consequences if the Prime Minister rejected them. Mr. Lyons will be in a position to announce his new Ministry in a few days. Sir Archdale Parkhill, who was defeated at the recent Federal poll, tendered his resignation as Minister of Defence at the week-end. Mr W. M. Hnghes is freely mentioned .-m his successor.
