(Becoived 25, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 24. The Daily Telegrapb 's diplomatie eorrespondent states: "Questions relating to colonies, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and the general Ceutral European situation will be included in discussions to take place in London with M. Chautemps, the Erench Premier, and M. Delbos, the Ereneh Eoreign Minister. The visit has been fixed for November 29 and 30,

" A11 of these questions figured in the talks between Herr Hitler and Yiscount Halifax, Lord President of the Council. ' ' Herr Hitler is believed to have empbasisted that, if the British and Erench Governments did not interfere in questipns relating to the Danube, Germany would not strive for territorial expansion and would refrain from resort to the use of physical force. It is understood that Germany is demanding immediate recognition- of her right to her own colonies, but will not press for the return of territories taken from her, at least until the vaxious Ceutral European problems are satisfactorily settled. Political circles in Paris' xecall Mr. Chamberlain ;s speech at the Guildhall, in which he suggested that the restoration of confidence and security might xnore hopefully be puTSued by informal discussions than by public declaration. It is expected that the Anglo-Freneh talks will cover a wider field than Lord Halifax's talks in Germany. The official spokesman at Berlin said; ' ' Germany welcomes any steps or meetings of statesmen likely to strengthen the goodwill of the nations."
