New Naval Construetion in Germany RATIO IS PRESERVED

(Beeeived 24, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 23. The German Naval Annual, according to Mr. Hector Bywater in the Daily Telegraph, reveals that when the present new construetion is delivered Germany will have: — Two battleships of 35,000 tons armed with 15-ineh guns. Two battleships of 26,000 tons armed with 11-inch- guns. Three 10,000-ton pocket battleships anned with 11-ineh guns. Five 10,000 and eight 7000-ton . cruisers. Two aireraft-carriers of 20,000 tons, Twenty-two super and 30 smaller destroyers. Sixty-one submarines.This programme conf orms with the 100-to-35 xatio imposed by the London Naval Treaty. The 15-ineh guns with which the new battleships will be mounted will be the largest in the world.
