Britain Considering New Situation

BTJGBY, Nov. 22. The suspen'sion of Brazilian foreign deht payments was the subject of an answer in the House of Commons by the Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden, who said that unfortunately the latest information indicated a definite decision by the Brazilian Government to suspend payment pending the conclusion of a new agreement. The British? Government, he said, was giving serious consideration to the new situation.
