ANNUAL FLOWER SHOW
Successful Elsthorpe Event The annual flower show, under the auspices of the Elsthorpe Women 's Institute, was held in the village hall last Friday afternoon. The show was most successful and an attractive display of blooms was staged. Mesdames E. Nuttall, A. Dillon and A. Williams were responsible for organisation and they deserve much credit for their achievement. An outstanding feature of the show was the large number of entries and the high standard obtained. Mr H. Walker, of Hastings, judged ihe blooms while Mrs Athol Williams and Mrs S. Williams judged the children 's and the decorative sections. The resuits of the various classos were: — FLOWER CLASSES.
