United Association Cup Series INTERESTLNG MATCHES ■ Although the series of inatches played during tho week-end nnder the jurisdiction of the United Tennis Association were the second, it was really the opening^ as Ihe hrst series wero abandoned on accouiit of rain. Many of the games played were of a high standard and interesting, which speaks Well for a pleasant season. Haumoana, Heretaunga and Karamu gained outright wins over Skyrockets, Clive and Pakowhai respectively. Details of the matches, with winners' names mentioned first, are as follow:— HAUMOANA v.
