(Received 23, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 22. Tke Daily Herald's, -tke London Litbour daily 's, correspondent, Mr A. L. Easterman, in a lengtky despatck from Warsaw, says: "Tke leaders of- tke movement make no bones about tkeir intentions to turn Poland into a totalitarian State on the Hitler model, witk a full Nazi programme adjusted to suit Polisk conditions, even to tke destruetiono of Polisk Jewry by masB tipulsion and race outlawry. "Poland," ke adds, "already kas its Dr. Goebfcels in Colonel Koc, and; b»hind kim is Colonel Miejinski, personal and political friends of Colonel Beck, at present Foreign Minister. "Tke army is Tegarded as safe for tke Fascists' -bureaucracy. One in seven of tke population is certain to line up, and tke militarised police force is already in Fascist kands. "Tke mass of tke people, deprived of its freedom by sdicts, is in tke mood for revolt, but is disorganised and would be slow to aet. Tkese are conditions wkich tke reactionary elements consider ripe for a Fascist coup."
