FLOODS IN PORTUGAL
Lisbon Virtually Isolated (Received 23, 8.45 a.m.) LISBON, Nov. 22. Floods kave swept the country, causing vast damage. Lisbon is virtually isolated, while torrential rain is marooning trains, trams, and cars and stopping tke Tagus ferries. The Monte Estoril Hospital patients were rescued from windows by tke fire brigade. Tke floods caused (a railway collision in wkick IS were injured.
