LARGE BRITISH ORDER

Electrified Railways (Britisl Official Wireleas.) RUGBY, Nov. 20. An order for equipment for an overhead line for two electrilication schemes totalling about 400 miles o* track whicli the London and NortbEastern Railway has in hand, has gone to British Insulated Cables, Ltd., a tirin in Lancashire which specialises in overliead Iiue equipment and .which has carried out work of this kind in Australia, India, South Africa, Poland, and Brazil. About 8500 tous of steel and 3000 tons of eopper will be required for the present order.
