Unable to Compete at Te Rapa The four-year-old Nigger Minstrel -— Charlady gelding, Royal Minstrel, ■owned and trained by Mr C. P. Haldane, Hastings, suffered an injury at Te Rapa, Waikato, on Friday last when he got his foot into a hole. This is bad luek for Mr Haldane, as the gelding was to compete in two valuable races at the Waikato meeting, and his recent good form suggested he had excellent chances oi annexing a prizc>
