Albort,- the shy,- like* able youth who had gone to the war, returns to find that a war profiteer has boen paying attentions to his fiancee. Ho shoots tho man, with less compunc* tron than he had shot his enemips^ in the war, and cannot understand why he is tried for murder when he had reaton for his deed.
