lotoxication Charge Charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-vehicle on the Te Mata-Havelock North' main highway on Saturday. a- young Macrri, Phiiip Parhhi, of Waimarama, labourer, aged 21, appeared beforp Mr F. C. Wilkinson, J.P., in the Hastings Police Court this , morning and \vas' remanded to appear beiore the Magistrate to-morrow. Bail v/as renewed upon a security of £20. Parahi was 'arrested by Constablo Foote, and admitted to bail during tlie week-end. Sergeant J. Mclntosh requcsted the remand.
