•EUGBY, Kov. 19. Tlie Belgian Foreign Minister, M. Spaalc, ' was presented ; in the distinguished strangers' gallery in the House of Commons this afternoon. He afterwards paid a courtesy call on the Prime Minister, Mr Neville Chamberlain, with wnom he.remained for three-quarters of an hour. ' .. Th'ere were also present at the conversation the Foreign Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden^ and Mr Malcolm MacDonald.
