■ ■ m — * Hawke's Bay Spring Show Net profits for the Spring Show last i&onth increased by £237 on last year's figure, according to a report submitted to a meeting of tho committee of the Hawke 's Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society at Tomoana this morning by the secretary, Mr. A. M. Retemeyer. The profit for the sho'w was £1036, compared with £799 last year and £1252 for the record show of 1929. It was pointed out by Mr. C. Douglas that the "profit," represented only the credit balance on the show.
