Governor to Go to London
(Received 18, 8.45 a.m.) RUGBY, Nov. 16. (On . instructions Teceived from the Colonial Secretary, Sir Murchison Fletcher, Governor of Trinidad and Tobago, will proceed to london shortly to confer with him o'n the present situation in Trinidad and questions likely to arise from the report of the Coinmission of Inquiry. The Secretary of State has notified the Governor that he has decided that the recent staff changes in the seorctariat tender it undeairable in the present eircumstanees that • the Colinial Secretary should relinquish his duties in order to' administer the Government of Trinidad and Tobago during the Governor 's absence. Arrangements^ have, therefore, been made for the Government to be temporarily administered by Sir Mark Young, in Whose absence from the Barbadoes the Government of BaTbadoea will be administered by Mr G. ' D. Owen.
