(Beceived 18, 1 n.m.) " PARIS, Nov. 17. After the arfests Which followed the diBCOvery of arsenals built by the Cagoulards (Hooded Men)) the police report that sensational revelations are expected. The newspaper L'Oeuvre says that ithe organisation was composed of thousands of terrorists called Seciet Revoltttionary Militiamen, who were preparing- a vast armed plot against the Republic. The discovery of enongh cheddite to blow up the entjre district, the seizure of huge arms stores and the revelation that a "high command" was operating behind an elahorate system of sliding .walls and secret roOms marked to-day's nation-wide investigation into the Cagoulards organisation. Searches are proceeding. Further axrests are expected. Inquiries point to the faot that there has been a nation-wide plot against the Republic. The police were searching a suspeeted house at night when a lonyload of arms drove up. The house was found to contain 100,000 cartridges, 500 machine-guns and many sub-machine guns, several cases of hand-grenades and a large quantity ,of cheddite. The police also found a sliding wall behind which was a fort-ress-like concrete chamber equipped with telephones, loudspeakers and microphones, obviously the headquarters of the organisation. The guards at several Ministries in Paris have been reinforced, it is believed as a result of the Oagoulard discoveries. 8
