Paris Police Discoveries (Received 17, 11.30 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 16. After the discovery of further conciete arsenals containing rifles revolvers, machine-guns and grenades the Paris police arrested four CagoulaTds (Hooded Men),4ncluding one of aristocratic birth. The poliee are carrying out a campaign throughout France to'cleanup the Cagoulards ' secret arsenals.
