Harding, C. 0; Morse, R. . W. Wallace, Rev. R. B. Gosnell and Dr. H. M. Wilson. Leave of absence was granted to Messrs J. B. Campbell, , S. J. MeKee and Dr. J. J. Foley, medical superintendent. . .
