(Received 16, 8.45 a.m,)* - • BUDAPEST, Nov. 15. Unprecedented rainfall resulting in disastrous floods in the Borsod county destroyed bridges, homes and dams. As the snowstorm in the lalst 24 hours has been followed by a thaw, more serious destruction threatens. Thousands are homeless. AH able-. bodied persons are aiding the military in resoue work by torchlight. Many refugees fled to the hilltops and spent the night praying in the chursheH dominating the villages. PaTt of the city of Miskolo is submerged, and people are using wooden troughs to rescue other marooned sufferers from the housetops. Fifty villages and thousande of acras are flooded, and a large. nuinber. oi cattle farms destroyed.
