HAWKE'S BAY DOMAINS
I Progress at Puketitiri and Clifton Activities of the boards looking after the interests of t?he Hutchinsou Hoi main at Puketitiri and the Clifton Domain were briefly reported upen by Mr F. E. Smith at the meeting of the Hastings Chamber of Commerce lagt evening. H© intimated that the feneing-off of thege two areag was now receiving attention. Over a mile of fencing had been erected at thq Hutchingon Domain to^ protect the bush, and other fencing in' this area had been put in order. Regarding Clifton Bom&in, hg gaid that arrangements had been made for the fencing-off of this block and also for the ejection of conveniences and fire-places for picnickerg and visitors. Mr L, J. Harvey mentioned that there was no sign-bpard at ihe crossroad indicating the direction to the Hutchinsor^ Bomain and on the suggestion pf Mr Smith it was decided to draw the attention of the A.A, (H.R.) j to this matter.
