Smith at the meeting of the Hastings Chamber of Commerce lagt evening. H© intimated that the feneing-off of thege two areag was now receiving attention. Over a mile of fencing had been erected at thq Hutchingon Domain to^ protect the bush, and other fencing in' this area had been put in order. Regarding Clifton Bom&in, hg gaid that arrangements had been made for the fencing-off of this block and also for the ejection of conveniences and fire-places for picnickerg and visitors. Mr L, J. Harvey mentioned that there was no sign-bpard at ihe crossroad indicating the direction to the Hutchinsor^ Bomain and on the suggestion pf Mr Smith it was decided to draw the attention of the A.A, (H.R.) j to this matter.
