(Eeceived 15, 8.45s a.m.) EUGBY, Nov. 12, The arrangement concluded at the Paris conference of naval experts in September whereby the Italian Navy is associated with the British and French navies in anti-piracy patrol of the Mediterranean was put into force yesferday. ^
