WELLINGTON, This Day. A' Bill stipulating 'that politicai articles appearing in newspapers should be signed by their duthdrs is expected td be introduced by the Government at an early date. Some difference of opinion is said to have been expressed on the proposal Wheii the measure was discussed at a caudus of Government members this week, but the deeision to proceed with it was carried on a majority vote.
