Council to Make a Full Survey ; * .;' -■ . . .. MINISTER'S STATEMENT

A eomplete' survey of ' sporting facilities offering in New Zealand, particularly playing;grounds,- ls to be maoe by the proposed Council - of Sport to be institute'd by 'the Government. The adeqiuaey or inadequacy of playing-grounds would. he the chief matter. to be investigated. and as a result he hoped the way would be paved for the settlement of one of the greatest difficulties confronting sports organisations.
