(Received 10, 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 9. The death has occurred of the Rt. Hon. James Ramsay Macdonald who, in 1924, became the first Labour Prime Minister of England. Doctor A. Mackinnon, of Leeds, who is Mr. MacDonald's son-in-law, received a radio from the liner on which Mr. MacDonald was travelling to South America, saying that he died at 2.45 p.m. •' }t is imdorstood that heart trouble was the cause of death.
