INTER-CLUB CROQUET MATCHES AT WAIPUKURAU
A dielightful day ms spent ■ in the Waipukurau Croquet Club"s lawns yesterday when the first of Yhe in-ter-club matches was played between pliayers from the Hastings Central Club and Waipukurau B grade players. The weather was ideal and the lawns were in excellent order, which added greatly to the day's enjoyment. Lunch'eon and afternoon tea provided by club -members was served in the pavilion. .. .
