Hack Definition.-— No horse shall be' eligible to start in a "Hack" Race which has won a race of the value of £250, or raees of the collective value of £500, at time of nomination. The amount wOn by any horse in flat races, burdle races or steepleehases, respectively, 6hall not render such horse ineligible except in the special class of race in which 'it has won such amouut. Penalties.— The winner of any race after the declaration oi weights may bo re-handicapped.
