In the Magistrate's Court at Napier this morning, Mr J. Miller, S.M., gave judgment for plaintiffs by default in the following civil actions:— H. J. Bobertson and W. H. W, Weston v. B, Eindlay £3 4/3, with costs £1 9/6; H. Eoster v. H. Mitchinson £6 15/-, costs £1 11/6, splicitors fees 15/6; Edythe Marie Elwood v. Eanny Stairmand £25 18/10, casts £4 3/6, £2 11/6. Qn a judgment summons C, Lnnon was ordered to pay W. J. Keen £11 3/-, with costs £1 1/-, in default 12 days imprisomnent, tne warrant to be suspended if defeadaat pays 10/- per fortn^ghL ^
