Paeroa Farmer Injured

PAEROA, Last Night. Severe injuries were .received by Mr W. J. Charleswortli, at Paeroa, when he was attaclced by a Jersey bull. Mr Charlesworth was leading the bull pn a chain when the animal, which previously had been very quiet, knoclced ihim down and gored him. Mr Charlesworth was reeeiving a severe mauling when his son, Mr Tom Charlesworth, came out from the house near by and pulled the animal oH by the chain. The bull then tried to attack him, but he retreated through a fenee. Mr Charlesworth is making satisfaetory; progreai.
