Sidorov, President of the Moscow Soviet, and MM. Yoroshilov, Yezhov and MolOtov, repeatedly paid tributes. to M. Stalin as the leader and teacher of the peoples of the world. Many diplomats and foreign delegates were present. Succeeding an official who qom- . mitted suicide in Jtme for "personal reasons," M. Stakun, President of the White Russian Bepuhlic, has been dismissed for inability to govern and failure to counteract wrecking attempts. Eight were executed at Homel for wrecking and plotting the separation of White Russia from the Soviet. All confessed and acknowledged their errors.
